1. Acceptance of the Terms

Our platform is intended for use within Belgium or other countries that allow access as governed by applicable laws. We reserve the right to restrict or block accounts from accessing our services if they are not located in a country we support.

5. Account Registration Rules

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account with us, including your name, email address, phone number, and physical address (if required). You may only create one account per person, even if you have multiple devices or platforms that support gaming activity.

6. One-account-per-user Policies

Creating more than one account in a single user's name is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of your accounts and any associated winnings.

7. Identity Verification and KYC (Know Your Customer)

We reserve the right to request additional identification or documentation from users at any time for anti-money laundering purposes, as governed by applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

8. Account Accuracy Obligations

You must ensure that your account information remains accurate and updated throughout our relationship with you. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of your account or any associated winnings.

9. Account Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, including but not limited to protecting against unauthorized access through phishing scams, shared passwords, etc.

10. Login Credentials and Password Protection

You must use unique usernames and strong passwords to protect your accounts from unauthorized access. You agree that you will not share or disclose these details with any third party except as necessary for gaming activities on our platform.

11. Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating multiple accounts under different user names, but in the same household or using shared IP addresses;
  • Providing false information about yourself to evade account suspension or closure;
  • Participating in bonus abuse practices as set out below;
  • Harassing staff or engaging in anti-social behavior towards other players; and
  • Engaging in any form of manipulation or attempts to control gameplay, including but not limited to multi-accounting.

12. Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to restrict access or suspend accounts that are suspected to have engaged in multi-accounting practices for any reason. Any wins generated through such activity may be withheld and forfeited as a result.

13. Bonus and Promotion Rules

Our bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers ("Promotions") can only be claimed once per user across all accounts, if applicable, unless otherwise specified by the terms of each specific offer. Terms governing bonus awards are subject to review periodically without notice, where such actions will automatically affect all active promotions at that time.

14. Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

To withdraw any winnings generated from Promotions or Bonus Money, you must have completed a required minimum number of bets specified for each respective offer as set out in its Terms governing award conditions unless otherwise stated by separate agreement between the parties; you understand that bonus money is subject to wager restrictions, if applicable.

15. Bonus Abuse Prevention

The following actions are considered bonus abuse:

  • Accumulating multiple accounts or account groups from friends/family members and linking them together for shared activity, such as gaming group sessions;
  • Co-operating in playing slots with others on multiple devices that share an IP address (IP spoofing), especially those participating with multiple player-accounts or a combination of single-player games running under same IP;
  • Buying/selling virtual items/accounts between players through unofficial platforms ('sharkskins', 'gold farming');We have the discretion to withhold any promotional wins in cases suspected to be bonus abuse related as set out above and suspend your access if such is confirmed.

16. Deposits and Withdrawals (not supported by source material)

All transactions on our platform are processed securely through third-party payment providers, subjecting all user data submitted during these processes for necessary checks with said companies' terms & conditions governing customer information rights.

Withdrawal requests must provide proof of identity upon verification in compliance with anti-money laundering laws or fraud prevention requirements.

17. Verification Before Withdrawals

We may request additional identification from users before processing withdrawal requests, as governed by applicable regulations and compliance requirements.

18. Processing and Review Procedures

In the event that we need to review your account for any reason related to gaming activities or suspicious activity, please be aware this could delay our response time to fulfill such service obligations including but not limited to: providing bonuses or processing withdrawals – full refunds will only apply should incorrect decisions arise in resolving these claims via an open dispute resolution process established within applicable jurisdiction and local jurisdictions governing consumer disputes.

19. Responsible Gambling Expectations

You must play responsibly, adhering to our self-exclusion policy if requested, allowing temporary or indefinite suspension of your account for periods deemed fit according to applicable regulatory laws governing responsible gaming practices worldwide.
